Why can't I get out of the Remnant bunker in Fallout New Vegas?

I completed the quest where you get Arcade Gannon to follow you and get the Enclave back together. I told them to help the NCR and i even got Moreno to agree. When i go back into the room with all of the people and get my power armor the door to get out says i need a key, but i cant find a key ANYWHERE!
