Severe Eye Pain due to Alcohol in eye... What should I do?

I couldn't find my contact case last evening so I place my contact in solution in a shot glass... There obviously were some remnants of alcohol in the glass, as when I place my contact in my eye this morning I had an immediate burn sensation. I pulled the contact out of my eye immediately and rinsed it out. It was starting to feel better, but now is blood shot and extremely irritated. I have used eye drops and flushed it out about every hour... but it still is extremely painful. What should I do?
