Fallout new vegas youll know when it happens?

i was doing the quest youll know when it happens and i completed it. when i go in my pipboy the quest is dull, meaning its complete. but i never got the second quest to report to colonel moore or whatever her name is. i dont know where to find the ranger to get the quest is at or anything. also im liked by the ncr and wearing remnants power armor
