Plzzz suggest me a best Linux OS between red hat, fedora and Open suse?

hey guys ..... want to know best linux OS between redhat, fedora and open suse ...... I was using fedora 14 but i was facing some problems in various applications like vlc media player and all .... also while using facebook i wasnt getting the notifications automatically ... had to refresh the page constantly ... and was also facing the problem while chatting ...... somebody said me that fedora 14 is not gud in stability so i thought that could had been the reason ..... but i m not sure ...... HELP ME PLZZZZZ ............
