Is there a way to put a auto tune filter on my mic LIVE?

basically, is there a way, were I can have it so input into my mic automatically has a auto tune filter applied so that if I am using it to chat in game on like mw2 on my pc, that it would have the auto tune effect? If there is, please tell me how/give me a link. Thx in advance
