Help my folder become shortcut ! Recycler?

My external hard drive H:/ was injected into a desktop previously for data transfer, when I placed it back to my laptop, AVG Free 2011 removed a recycler virus automatically from the H:/ Drive. Now, the file extension of the folders are shortcut and its size is in KB instead of GB , which it originally had ! When i click on the "shortcut" Folder, it said ~windows cannot find "H:/RECYCLER/0xFFD12566.exe".Make sure you type the name correctly, and the try again~ I tried to show the file that is hidden but it does not work for me. Please Help,thank you
