Negative items on credit report about to go away after 7 years?

and I'm so excited! After January, I will only have 1 negative item on my credit report (an overlooked medical bill for $6 from 6 years ago, so hopefully that won't be too bad). 3 will be "dropping off" because they are 7 years old. They were remnants of my young and dumb college days, and the highest one was $405. Approximately how much will that increase my credit score?
