Is my house really haunted?

I recently moved to a new house and I've been having weird experiences... My family told me that I sleep walk at night, and talk to myself. One of my sisters told me how this one night, I came up to her, and said " they're watching me, they're everywhere, do you see them?" And then I went right back to sleep. I absolutely can not recall the slightest memory of that. Not to long ago, my mom said I came running down the stairs at 3am saying something dark rushed at me. This is only happening to me and only me. Is my house really haunted, or am I the problem? P.S I have this recurring nightmare where I awake multiple times to realize that I'm still sleeping. Sometimes I'm wide awake, but I Can't move my body...
